Do I need to RSVP?
Yes, please let us know if you can join us by September 26th, 2024.

What date should I RSVP by?
The sooner the better, we are excited to know who is able to celebrate with us! We will make our final arrangements on September 27th, so please let us know if you can join us by September 26th, 2024. (If you decide to come after that, please bring a chair and a sandwich.)
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held at:

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We did not reserve a block of rooms at any hotels. However, you can find a list of suggested hotels on our website.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
We’d love for our guests to dress up for our special day! The dress code is dressy casual to cocktail attire.
Dressy Casual: Think polished but not overly formal. For men, this might mean dress pants or chinos with a button-up shirt and perhaps a blazer. Jeans are discouraged. For women, a nice dress, a dressy blouse with a skirt or tailored pants, or a chic jumpsuit would be great.
Cocktail Attire: This is a step up in formality. Men might opt for a suit or a blazer with dress pants and a tie, while women can choose a cocktail dress or a dressy separates ensemble.
We’re excited to celebrate with you, and we know you’ll look fantastic!
Can I bring a date or my kids?
Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or children for all of our lovely guests. Therefore, plus ones and children are by invitation only. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children without notifying us first. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We plan to hold our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, weather permitting. If the weather does not cooperate, we will move the ceremony to the chapel at our venue. Our reception, dinner, and dancing will take place indoors.
Where should I sit?
During our wedding ceremony, we will have reserved rows for immediate family. All other guests are welcome to choose their seats on either side of the aisle. For the wedding reception dinner, we will have assigned tables, which will be posted during the cocktail hour.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that you be truly present and in the moment with us by keeping your mobile devices and cameras away during the wedding ceremony. You are welcome to take pictures and video during the reception. We would love for you to share your photos with us either by texting them directly to us or tagging our Instagram @NickandKatyBolton.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. During this time, guests are invited to head to the reception hall for cocktail hour or enjoy the outdoor game area. Feel free to mingle, play games, and savor the hors d'oeuvres and drinks. We’d love for you to capture the fun by taking lots of photos to share with us!
Will there be an open bar?
We’re excited to let you know that we’ll be having an open bar at our wedding! This means there will be a variety of drinks available for you to enjoy throughout the celebration. We hope this adds to the fun and helps make our special day even more memorable!
What type of food will be served at your reception?
We will be serving a Texas BBQ buffet at the reception. If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs, please let us know by emailing us at BoltonWedding2024@gmail.com.
Could you please provide me with the link to your wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to give a gift, we have an Amazon gift registry available.
